Through Web Portal

  • Visit the official web portal using this link: (simreg.smart.com.ph) to register your Gomo SIM.
  • Provide Number: After visiting the official portal, enter your eleven-digit Gomo mobile number in the required section.
  • Get OTP: After entering the SIM number, click on the “OK” or “Send OTP” button. You will then receive an OTP code. Paste the OTP code into the required section. After entering the OTP, click on the verify OTP button.
  • Add Information: Check the Box “All Terms” Select “New SIM” or “Old SIM” under the registration type options and then choose “Nationality”
  • ID Card & Face Verification: Now, upload a valid ID card, driver’s license, PRC ID, or TIN ID for verification. After uploading your document, it will be scanned. Once your ID information has been successfully captured, click “OK” to proceed to the next steps.
  • Add Required Information: Now, add important privacy information, including your identity card number, first name, last name, date of birth, gender, address, street address, province, city, contact number, zip code, and any other required details. Now click the “Check Tick” button to attest that you have provided accurate details. After this, click the “Submit” button to proceed to the next step.

  • First, go to the Google Play Store or Apple Store and download the Gomo app. After installation, open the app.
  • Click on the notification displayed on the front page. Enter your Gomo number in the blank box and check the small box.
  • After providing your Gomo SIM number, click the “Register” button to proceed to the next step.
  • A verification OTP code will be sent to your provided Gomo SIM. You need to copy the code and enter it in the designated box.
  • Choose a government-issued ID, such as an ID card or passport, to complete the Gomo SIM registration.
  • Upload a clear and clean photo. Additionally, you can take a live picture to upload, which is necessary for ID card verification.
  • Take a clear live selfie, ensuring the file size is minimized to KB for easy uploading.
  • After uploading the pictures, the next page will open, where you need to select the “Type of Registration.” You can choose “I’m registering my old SIM” and provide the required information.
  • Provide your address information in detail, including House/Lot Number, Street, Subdivision, Unit/Floor, Building, Province, and City. Additionally, please provide your current address.
  • A detailed overview of your information will be displayed. Review the form and correct any mistakes you find.
